CONSULTATIONS

The best way for us to assess your needs is to see you! We suggest you come in for a $15 consultation with one of our experienced stylists to chat about cut, color, texture services, or extensions. Your consultation fee will be applied to your service total upon scheduling!

BOOKING PROCEDURE

We ask that all appointments be booked in advance to best ensure your satisfaction and require a credit card number to be on file. To schedule an appointment, click “book service” or call the salon.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To respect the time of our stylists and staff, all appointment cancellations or changes must be done with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a non-refundable cancellation charge. All appointments are subject to this policy.

All Color/Smoothing Treatment/Chemical Service cancellations within 24 hours will result in a non-refundable fee starting at $75.

Haircut cancellations within 24 hours will result in a non-refundable fee starting at $45.

After 3 or more no shows, cancellations or consecutive reschedules, we will require you to book same day only.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE

GRATUITIES

Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. Gratuity is accepted by cash, Venmo or check only and cannot be added to a credit card. Gift certificates do not include gratuity.

CHILDREN

To ensure the safety of the children and our staff, guests are encouraged to leave children at home unless they are receiving a service.
